About The Role

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients
  • Building strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Building and document knowledge about the client business and technical setup.
  • Building project manage and document all technical projects carried out with clients.
  • Actively Playing a part in ensuring financial targets are reached.
  • Building strong relationships with team members.
  • Ensuring client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner.
  • Giving feedback of any important client information to team.
  • Identifying any training/ knowledge needs for clients and colleagues.
Education and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, …)
  • At least 1 year experience in sale or business development;
  • Experience of working towards fixed deadlines and of customer expectation management
  • Experience of achieving sales quotas/targets
  • Experience of working in a client support role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Good English skill (TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0)
  • French is a big plus
  • Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure;
  • Enthusiasm and an interest in all things;
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
  • French fluency is a big plus
