Business Development Executive
- Synova Solutions is looking for talented Business Development Executive to join our team;

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Building strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
- Building and document knowledge about the client business and technical setup.
- Building project manage and document all technical projects carried out with clients.
- Actively Playing a part in ensuring financial targets are reached.
- Building strong relationships with team members.
- Ensuring client’s support tickets are resolved in a fast and professional manner.
- Giving feedback of any important client information to team.
- Identifying any training/ knowledge needs for clients and colleagues.
Education and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and interest in IT industry (websites, mobile applications, …)
- At least 1 year experience in sale or business development;
- Experience of working towards fixed deadlines and of customer expectation management
- Experience of achieving sales quotas/targets
- Experience of working in a client support role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Good English skill (TOEIC 750 or IELTS 7.0)
- French is a big plus
- Highly responsible, careful, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure;
- Enthusiasm and an interest in all things;
- Must be able to communicate in English and Vietnamese
- French fluency is a big plus
