About The Role

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Elicit/define and document customer’s business functions, requirements and processes (Specifications, Business flow, functional flowchart, UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, etc…) for web and mobile technologies;
  • Knowledge in various business areas (e.g Accounting, Distribution, Production…) and able to understand the business logic of the client;
  • Ability to manage project requirements from the brainstorm to completion based on the platforms of Web and Mobile;
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving;
  • Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications;
  • Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements;
  • Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or closely related field
Requirement
  • One year experience in Business Analyst;
  • Have good IT Background is plus;
  • Good at English skills; be able to communicate in French is plus;
  • Experience in using reporting tools and office suite.
