Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Elicit/define and document customer’s business functions, requirements and processes (Specifications, Business flow, functional flowchart, UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, etc…) for web and mobile technologies;
- Knowledge in various business areas (e.g Accounting, Distribution, Production…) and able to understand the business logic of the client;
- Ability to manage project requirements from the brainstorm to completion based on the platforms of Web and Mobile;
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving;
- Tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications;
- Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents court business rules, functions and requirements;
- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or closely related field
- One year experience in Business Analyst;
- Have good IT Background is plus;
- Good at English skills; be able to communicate in French is plus;
- Experience in using reporting tools and office suite.
