PressingBox, cleaning service.

PressingBox responds to the challenges of well-being, quality of life at work and the employer brand of the companies it supports.

PressingBox is above all a young, dynamic team obsessed with innovation, working hand in hand with its customers to create a “wow” effect for the employees of partner companies.

Dry cleaning, home services and express purchasing in one app.

Intuitive and innovative, the e-concierge and app PressingBox support employees in their work–life balance by offering more than twenty services that simplify everyday life: dry cleaning, home services, express purchasing and more.

We delivered the native iOS application in French with a technical architect, a business analyst, a designer, two mobile developers and a tester, over 160 man-days.

Twenty services, one simple app for busy employees.

PressingBox offers employees of partner companies more than twenty everyday services, dry cleaning, home services, express purchasing and more, as an e-concierge. The difficulty is making that breadth feel simple: ordering a service should take a few taps, or people will not use it.

The application had to be native on iOS, in French, and reflect a young company that promises a ‘wow’ effect to its clients’ employees.

A six-person team, 160 man-days, built around the ordering flow.

01

Architecture for many services

A technical architect structured the app so that twenty-plus services share one ordering model instead of twenty separate flows.

02

Analysis of the employee journey

A business analyst defined how an employee discovers, orders and follows a service, which the designer turned into a flow of a few taps.

03

Native iOS build

Two mobile developers built the native iOS application in French, with a tester covering each service type.

04

160 man-days

The scope was delivered within the planned effort.

Everyday services in a few taps.

PressingBox’s employees order dry cleaning, home services and express purchases from one app, supporting the work–life balance its partner companies promise.
