Problems we solve
Sound familiar?
Most technology projects fail before the first line of code: the wrong platform, a budget nobody validated, a roadmap that ignores how the business actually works. IT Advisory exists to stop that.
01
“We don’t know whether to rebuild, replace or buy.”
A legacy system still runs the business but every change is slow and expensive. We assess what to keep, what to replace and in which order, with the cost of each option.
02
“Vendors tell us what they sell, not what we need.”
You are comparing ERP, cloud or AI proposals that are not comparable. We write the requirements, score the options and sit on your side of the table.
03
“The board wants a technology budget we can defend.”
A roadmap with phases, dependencies and a budget range for each phase, tied to a business outcome the board recognises.
04
“Our data lives in spreadsheets and three disconnected tools.”
A map of your systems and data flows, the integrations that remove manual work, and the sequence to get there without stopping operations.

Questions we hear
Frequently asked questions
Something else on your mind? Contact us and a consultant will answer within one business day.
How long does an IT advisory engagement take?
A focused audit and roadmap takes four to eight weeks depending on the number of systems and stakeholders. Larger transformation programmes are phased, with a checkpoint at the end of each phase.
Do we have to use Synova for delivery afterwards?
No. The roadmap is written so that your internal team, a partner from our network or any third party can deliver it. Many clients keep us as an advisor during delivery.
Can you review a proposal we already received from a vendor?
Yes. We check scope, architecture, pricing and risks against your requirements and give you a written opinion before you sign.
Is advisory relevant for a company of 50 people?
Yes. Smaller companies have less room for an expensive mistake. A short audit often saves a full year of rework.
