Monitoring teaching quality across hundreds of centres.

Wall Street English operates more than 400 learning centres in 28 territories, company-owned and franchised, with over 180,000 students enrolled. Keeping teaching quality consistent at that scale needs data from the students themselves.

The organisation needed a platform where students could comment on and rate their teachers, with a back office and separate access for administrators and staff, in English and French.
